Marketplace Rules & Prohibited Items
These rules keep Shops of Timor safe and trustworthy. They apply to every listing, photo and profile. Breaking them leads to listing removal; repeated or serious breaches lead to account suspension.
Accuracy
- The price shown must be the real price. Stock and availability must be current.
- Photos must show the actual item. No stock photos passed off as your own goods, no misleading editing.
- Second-hand items must state their true condition.
Prohibited & restricted items
You may not list, and we will remove:
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
- Illegal drugs, and prescription medicines sold by anyone other than a licensed pharmacy.
- Protected wildlife, ivory and products from endangered species.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, and items you have no right to sell.
- Human remains, hazardous materials, and anything whose sale is unlawful in Timor-Leste.
- Alcohol, tobacco and other age-restricted goods except by registered sellers following the applicable rules.
Fair dealing
- Deliver what you sold, in the condition described, on time.
- No fees to buyers that were not disclosed in the listing.
- No arranging payment off-platform to dodge safety features or fees.
